My 2013 wish for Baguio is to have a set of leaders with VIsions of preserving the City. To redefine “progress” and not have economic variables as the only benchmark to measure how its doing. If we truly are progressive, sana Baguio residents have lower taxes, subsidized transport system, healthcare and education. If thats the path they are trying to take, better planning sana and mindful with the tiny city’s carrying capacity and saturation.
Ultimately, stronger, sensible and fair political will. God Bless Baguio.
